We do not collect biometric data and we do not use cookies or advertising trackers.

We do not use third-party KYC providers. Business on-/off-ramps are handled internally by request and require separate coordination.
7. Blockchain Transparency
ThirdPay uses the Solana blockchain, where all transactions are publicly visible and cannot be altered or deleted. Your transaction history and wallet address may be visible on-chain, even if your account is closed. This data is pseudonymous and not directly linked to personal identity unless you choose to disclose it. We cannot modify or erase any on-chain data.

We retain your data as follows:

We use encryption at rest and in transit. Your credentials are hashed. KYB materials are stored securely via Google Workspace and Notion.
You are responsible for securing your wallet private key. ThirdPay does not have access to or custody over your wallet.
12. International Data Transfers
As a U.S.-based company, we may transfer your data internationally. We rely on legal safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect personal data when required.
