Option 1: Using an Invite Link (Recommended)

  1. Click your invite link (sent by your payment sender, client, or company).
  2. Sign up using your email or Google account.
  3. That’s it! Your account is instantly set up, ready for you to receive money immediately.

Option 2: Direct signup at thirdpay.io

  1. Visit thirdpay.io and click on “Sign Up”.
  2. Log in with your email address or Google account.
  3. All set! You’re instantly ready to send, receive, and manage payments.

Didn’t receive your invite?

  • Check Spam/Junk: Look in your spam or junk folder just in case.
  • Request Resend: Ask the sender to resend the invite link.
  • Expired Link: If the link expired, sign up manually at thirdpay.io using the same email the invite was sent to.

Used the wrong email or login method?

  • Consistent Login: If you originally signed up with Google, make sure to log in the same way (and vice-versa for email).
  • Correct Email for Funds: Payments are linked to your email. Ensure you sign up or log in using the email address your sender used if you’re not seeing your funds.

Signed up but still don’t see your money?

  • Processing Time: Payments, especially those involving traditional banking systems, may still be processing.
  • Verify Email with Sender: Double-check that the sender entered your correct email address.
  • Check History Tab: Look at your History tab within the ThirdPay app to view any incoming transactions.
