Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes prohibited uses of the services offered by ThirdPay Innovations Inc. (“ThirdPay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and its affiliates (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to all users of our wallets, websites, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, “you”).

By using the Services, you agree not to misuse or abuse them in ways outlined below. If we believe a violation of this Policy is intentional, repeated, or presents a credible risk to us or other users, we may suspend or terminate your account.

1. Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities

You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate activities that are:

  • Unlawful under any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading (e.g., phishing, impersonation, fake investment scams)
  • In violation of anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorist financing (CTF) laws
  • Associated with criminal organizations or illegal trade
  • Intended to bypass sanctions programs administered by OFAC, the UN, EU, UK, or other relevant authorities

2. Prohibited Financial Activities

You may not use the Services to process or facilitate:

  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, countries, or regions
  • Ponzi schemes or outright investment frauds

Note: ThirdPay reserves the right to review and evaluate use of the Services by businesses operating in higher-risk or emerging sectors on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional information, conduct compliance reviews, or decline service at our discretion where we determine that legal, regulatory, or reputational risks are elevated.

3. Infringing or Abusive Content

You may not use the Services to:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Publish or distribute malicious or abusive content (e.g., malware, spyware, hate speech)
  • Promote violence, harassment, or abuse
  • Collect or harvest personal data without consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity, including ThirdPay

4. Network and Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or performance of the Services
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
  • Use automated tools to extract data (scraping) unless explicitly allowed
  • Circumvent account restrictions or attempt unauthorized access to any systems
  • Create more than one account to bypass geographic, regulatory, or usage restrictions

5. Compliance and Enforcement

ThirdPay reserves the right to investigate any violation of this Policy and to take appropriate action, including:

  • Suspending or terminating your access to the Services
  • Reporting activity to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities
  • Cooperating with investigations and disclosing user information as permitted by law

6. Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted to www.thirdpay.io/legal, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
