• ThirdPay does not accept or hold customer fiat funds.
• ThirdPay does not provide bank accounts, savings accounts, or insured depository products.
• ThirdPay accounts are not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), or any other government agency.

2. Self-Custody of Digital Assets

• You maintain sole control over your self-custodial wallet and private keys.
• ThirdPay cannot access, recover, freeze, or reverse transactions in your wallet.
• If you lose access to your private key or credentials, your assets may be permanently unrecoverable.

3. Blockchain Transactions Are Final and Public

• Transactions submitted to the Solana blockchain are irreversible and publicly visible.
• ThirdPay cannot cancel, reverse, or modify blockchain transactions once broadcast.
• Your transaction history, wallet address, and activity may be visible to the public.

• These third parties are independent, and their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
• ThirdPay is not responsible for the acts, omissions, performance, or solvency of any third-party providers.

• ThirdPay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
• System downtime, maintenance, upgrades, or blockchain network disruptions may impact your ability to access or use the Services.
